Forgot Your Ticket ID? Here’s How to Retrieve and Track It

If you've forgotten your ticket ID or need to track the status of an existing ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Visit Our Support Portal

  2. Access Ticket Retrieval

    • Click on "View Existing Ticket" and select "Forgot Tracking ID".
  3. Enter Your Email

    • A pop-up will appear where you can enter your email address.
  4. Choose Your Option

    • Select one of the following options based on your needs:
      • "Send only open tickets" to receive a list of your open tickets.
      • "Send all my tickets" to receive a list of all tickets you've ever created.
  5. Check Your Email

    • You'll receive an email with the requested list of tickets. If you don't see it, be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder.
