Forgot Your Ticket ID? Here’s How to Retrieve and Track It
If you've forgotten your ticket ID or need to track the status of an existing ticket, follow these steps:

Visit Our Support Portal

Go to support-ticketing.cloud.

Access Ticket Retrieval
- Click on "View Existing Ticket" and select "Forgot Tracking ID".

Enter Your Email
- A pop-up will appear where you can enter your email address.

Choose Your Option
- Select one of the following options based on your needs:
- "Send only open tickets" to receive a list of your open tickets.
- "Send all my tickets" to receive a list of all tickets you've ever created.
- Select one of the following options based on your needs:

Check Your Email
- You'll receive an email with the requested list of tickets. If you don't see it, be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder.
